Returns & Refunds Policy

This Refund Policy provides information regarding what types of situations we accept returns for and how to request a return.

Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for K-Fuel products that were purchased directly from this website, kfuel.co. Returns for products purchased from an online or physical retailer must be handled with that retailer.

Upon receiving your order, please check the products within the package to ensure you received the correct items and that your items have not been damaged during shipment.

Return and Refund requests must be submitted in writing and emailed to info@kfuel.co within 30 days of placing your order. When submitting a Return Request, please provide your order number, detailed information regarding your request, and any other relevant information.

Return and Refund Requests will be handled on a case by case basis. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.

Once we receive your Return Request, our team will assess the situation, determine if your order qualifies for a refund, and respond to your request with our decision and other information via email.

In most Qualified Refund/Return Cases, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the products to us; however, in some cases, you may be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your order.
