Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and are shipped through a variety of different shipping providers including USPS, UPS, and Fedex. A business day is defined as any day between Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping delivery times vary depending on the method, destination, and shipping provider, but is generally delivered within 10 days of the order being processed.

After your order has been fulfilled by our team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please keep in mind that the tracking information typically does not update immediately and may not show updated information for up to 48 hours.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender”, or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the shipping provider, we will notify you by email.

K-Fuel is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen during the delivery process. In order to protect your shipment, we strongly recommend purchasing Route Shipping Insurance, which is available at checkout for $1.95 per shipment.
